Since 2019, Majors Law Group has been providing individuals and businesses with compassionate legal representation, giving them a legal partner they can trust to work in their best interest at all times. However, it recently came to our attention that a disparaging and defamatory website was published under the domain https://www.majorslawgroups.com to tarnish the image of our law firm and our Attorneys Dominic Wayne Majors, and Emily Zobel.
To bring the truth to light and to give you, our current and potential clients the confidence to partner with the Majors Law Group and give you the transparency you deserve, we have published this article.
Not everyone celebrates your success, and Attorney Dominic Majors learned this the hard way following fake anonymous reviews published across multiple platforms and a defamatory website published for the purpose of soiling his reputation and harming his business. The defamatory content published portrays Attorney Dominic Majors the law firm at which he practice (Majors Law Group), and his fellow Attorney Emily Zobel in a negative light, labeling them fraudulent, dishonest thieves without legal training amongst other derogatory claims. The allegations on this unsactioned and defamatory website are simply not true.
The website accuses Attorney Dominic Majors alongside R. Daniel (“Danny”) Adams of robbing Sam Wegerer of his business and life savings. This is a false claim and is not true.
The website makes unsubstantiated claims that Dominic Majors has faced licensure issues with State Bar Associations. This is a false claim and is not true.
All State Bar claims filed through 10/20/2021 against Dominic Majors and the Majors Law Group have been completely dismissed by the State Bars of Arizona, Utah, and Colorado following the thorough review of the case and the lack of any basis to maintain such actions.
Litigation is currently pending in Maricopa County Superior Court to address the legality of actions taken with respect to Mr. Wegerer, as well as Mr. Wegerer’s business entity (Legal Eagles) and other related parties, including Jennifer Metzger a.k.a. Leah Majors and Jay Moretti a.k.a. Wayne Majors, Sr. To be clear, however, we contend both here and in our legal filings that no wrongdoing was committed by Dominic Majors or the Majors Law Group.

While the list of false allegations goes on, we have taken all steps legally possible to restore the reputation of quality service delivery and track record of success which have been overshadowed by the false claims against Attorney Dominic Majors and the Majors Law Group. We will not dwell on these allegations, but rather leave this case in the hands of the judicial system and focus on solidifying the once strong reputation we have built through our hard work, diligence, and dedication to delivering results to our clients.
While such legal action remains pending, Dominic Majors hopes this press release will assuage any concerns of existing and potential clients regarding the untruthful and harmful statements included in the defamatory website.
We appreciate your continuing support as we continue down the path of seeking justice in the face of adversity.
