What you should know before you pay anything
Attorney fees are quoted by a licensed attorney at Majors Law Group, P.C. after your case is reviewed. Your fee depends on your chapter and the work your case actually needs, so we do not post a single price for everyone — you get your own written quote.
Court filing fees are set by the bankruptcy court, not by our firm, and are collected separately at the time of filing.
Payment methods, amounts, due dates and anything that must be paid before your case is filed are all spelled out on your fee agreement. Nothing is due to start, and you are never charged for the free consultation or the eligibility quiz.
