SMS Terms & Conditions

Majors Law Group, P.C. — text message program terms. Effective August 2026.

The consent you are asked for

"I agree to receive text messages from Majors Law Group, P.C. about my inquiry, intake, appointments, and case/account updates. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help."

What this page is

This page describes how Majors Law Group, P.C. uses text messages (SMS) with people who ask us to text them. These terms are approved by our firm and are not legal advice.

What messages we send

If you opt in, we send text messages about your inquiry, your intake, your appointments, and your case or account updates. We do not send marketing text messages through this program.

Consent is optional and per phone number

Text messages are optional. Consent is not a condition of purchase and is not a condition of representation. If you do not opt in, we will reach you by phone and email instead. Consent applies only to the specific phone number you gave us — if your number changes or is corrected, we ask for consent again for the new number.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry or case activity. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier — not our firm — sets those rates.

How to stop messages

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. We record STOP as an opt-out, send one confirmation that you are unsubscribed, and then block further text messages to that number until a new compliant opt-in is recorded. You can also ask any member of our team to turn text messages off for you.

How to get help

Reply HELP to any message and you will receive our firm's approved support response, which includes our phone number and email address. You can also call or email us directly using the contact details below.

Service providers we use

We use outside service providers to deliver and support these communications, and they act as service providers to our firm: Twilio delivers our text messages; SendGrid delivers our emails; and, for bankruptcy and debt matters where you authorize it, iSoftPull is used for credit-report data and Plaid is used to connect financial account data so your case can be prepared accurately. Each provider is used only for that purpose. Providers do not give legal advice and are not part of our legal team.

No attorney-client relationship

Interacting with this website, chatting with our AI assistant, or sending us information does not create an attorney-client relationship. A text message is not legal advice. Before representation begins, our firm must complete a conflict-of-interest check and you must sign a written fee agreement with our firm.

Conflict-of-interest check

Our firm must complete a conflict-of-interest check before it can represent you, and we may need additional information from you before we can proceed. An attorney — not an automated system — reviews that check and decides whether the firm can move forward.

How we treat the information you send

We treat the information you submit as confidential, subject to our firm's applicable professional duties and our published policies, and we handle it under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information.

We Are a 100% Electronic Law Office

Because the courts and trustees require everything to be submitted electronically, Majors Law Group operates fully electronically. Currently, nearly all bankruptcy trustees require submission of documents electronically. If you are not able to provide documents electronically, contact us to see what options are available. Clients are required to provide their information and documents electronically — we do not accept physical documents and will not make copies for you. Our platform uses iSoftpull for pulling credit, and will use Plaid to pull credit reports and financial information, to make gathering your information simple and secure. Clients engaging Majors Law Group must agree to the use of electronic documents.

Firm locations displayed are by appointment only, based on firm availability. Office appointments are not available by walk-in.
